Do you need to visit our facility?
In general, no. The guided portal collects the same information a site visit would, on your schedule and with minimal interruption to your building's native environment.
How long does the assessment take?
Most facilities complete the portal in 2–4 hours. While we recommend completing everything in one session, progress is saved automatically as you go, allowing you to walk away and come back as needed.
Who should complete the assessment?
Anyone who knows the building and organization well, commonly the facilities director and principal in a school setting, or the owner of business. No technical expertise required and we encourage multiple team members working together to allow for a multi-perspective lens on your facility.
